Kris Shipley is the Sprint Account Manager for Colorado. Kris's duties are to monitor contracts to ensure contract compliance, communicate customer feedback, implement the outreach program, provide presentations, workshops and/or exhibits to various organizations and individuals, and ensure that Sprint offers high quality products and services to the customer in Colorado. She also provides account management and support services designed to ensure customer satisfaction.
